Refund of funds

After the Additional Paid Service is provided in proper quality, the money spent on its purchase is non-refundable. In the event that the service was not fully provided or was rendered in inadequate quality (the balance of the personal account was not topped up or the top-up amount differs from the calculated amount at the time of order payment), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting via email, and receive a full refund of its cost or a similar service. The period for considering claims and refunding money is 15 business days.
